by purchasing from me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. when will my order ship?
all mail will take up to 7 working days to process. you will get an email notification once your order has shipped. all orders are shipped with a tracking number.
2. when will my order arrive?
local orders will take about 2-7 working days upon shipping, while international orders may take 2-7 weeks. please note that shipping times might be inaccurate. i will not be liable for any lost and damaged mail. please send me an email with your order number if you have further questions!
3. customs and import taxes
for international customers, please take note of the customs and import fees that may occur. i will not be responsible for any delays or extra costs incurred.
4. policy on returns, exchanges and refunds
i have the right to cancel and refund any order deemed necessary. all orders returned to me with the wrong shipping address, unpaid custom fees, unclaimed or any reason will not be shipped out until the re-shipment fee is paid. i am unable to refund any returned mail. i do not accept any returns, replacements, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once purchased. please note that this is a one-person business. thank you!

- lost due to untracked mailing
- damaged due to rough handling by postal services
- delivered to the wrong address due to the inaccurate address provided please email me your tracking and order numbers for lost packages.
